I'm naturally a very unflexible person but at the same time I have always played a lot of sport, especially rugby. As I got older it meant my recovery time after playing was taking longer. I started practicing yoga with Sarah over a year ago and noticed a huge improvement not only in my flexibility but also my general wellbeing.
Sarah's teaching has allowed me to find a new connection with my body. I love spending the 60 minutes knowing she will guide me to challenge myself while remaining connected with my breath.
