It gives me great joy to host this online workshop in order to transform you from a place of stagnation to a life in full bloom.
In celebration of the Spring Equinox – a time of new beginnings – it is my intention to harness this time of creation & manifestation and help spring clean your life. This workshop will take you from a place of stagnation, be it in your relationships, finances, career, health or generally within yourself to a place of clarity and change. We will identify the areas of your life where you have become stuck and create simple but effective changes through the power of intention, allowing you to feel more abundant and happy and able to get the enjoyment from life you both need and deserve.
During this two-and-a-half-hour online workshop we will unearth bad habits, uproot beliefs that are holding you back and plant seeds of positive change in order for you to grow in every single area of your life. We will set clear, easy to implement intentions allowing you to really manifest the life you want over this coming season.
Throughout the morning we will enjoy an uplifting meditation working with positive affirmations welcoming change and growth. We will then move through a sumptuous 60-minute yoga class to shed physical tensions and open your mind to the magic of new beginnings. From here, we will begin to delve deeper within ourselves through the practices of self-enquiry and self-reflection which, blended with a little bit of fun, will sow the seeds and set the intentions of lasting positive change.
By the end of this workshop, you will have identified the reasons why you’ve felt flat in certain areas of your life, gained a greater understanding of where you have been holding yourself back and created a beautiful step by step plan of nurturing habits & intentions in order to breathe fresh motivation into your day and live more fully in every area of your life.
